Where we ship

We ship from Canada. We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to other countries.

What it costs

Shipping cost changes with each order. It depends on where you live and what you buy. You see the shipping cost before you pay.

How long it takes

Two steps: first we make it, then we ship it. Each piece is made in-shop, one at a time.

Build time changes with each order. Shipping time depends on how far the box has to go. Before you pay, we tell you when your order should arrive.

Orders going outside Canada

The country you live in may charge duty, tax, or a handling fee when your parcel comes in. Those charges are not part of our price, and we cannot tell you the amount. Ask your customs office if you are not sure.

If your parcel is late, lost, or broken

Tell us. We will trace it with the carrier. If it does not turn up, we send a new piece or give your money back.

Wrong address?

If you gave us the wrong address, tell us as soon as you can.
