Who we are

Borderless Prints 3D is a 3D print shop in Ontario, Canada. We sell prints we have made, and we make custom prints to order. You can write to us at hello@borderlessprints3d.com.

These terms and the law

These terms are the deal between you and us when you order. The law where you live gives you rights as a buyer. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away. If a line here and the law disagree, the law wins.

Prices

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • The price you see is the price of the piece. We add no fees to it.
  • Sales tax, if there is any, and shipping are extra. You see both, and the total, before you pay.

Placing an order

  1. You pick a piece and go to checkout.
  2. You see what you are buying, the price, the tax, the shipping cost, the total, and how and when it ships.
  3. You can go back and fix a mistake, or stop, before you pay.
  4. When you pay, you agree to these terms.
  5. We email you a copy of your order right away. It lists what you bought, the price, the tax, the shipping, the total, when it should arrive, and these terms. Keep it. It is your record of the deal.

If we cannot fill your order, we tell you and give your money back.

Paying

You pay at checkout through a payment company. Its name is shown there. We do not see or keep your full card number.

When it comes

Each piece is made in-shop, one at a time. Before you pay, we tell you when your order should arrive and how it ships.

If your order has not come 30 days after the arrival date we gave you, you may cancel it. If we gave no date, that is 30 days from your order. We give all your money back within 15 days of your message.

Custom orders

A custom order is a piece we make from your idea, your art, or your file.

  1. You send us the brief.
  2. We send you a quote. It lists what we will make, the price, the tax, the shipping, the total, the date it should arrive, and these terms. It also says how long the quote is good for, and what you pay and when.
  3. You say yes in writing.
  4. We make it and ship it.

The price in the quote is the price you pay. If the job changes, we send you a new quote first.

You can cancel a custom order any time before we start making it, and get your money back. If we are late, or the piece is faulty or not what we agreed, you get all your money back.

Your art and files. When you send us art, a logo, or a file, you tell us you have the right to use it. We may say no to a job we think copies the work of someone else. You keep your art. We keep our own designs.

What 3D prints are like

Each piece is printed in layers. Fine layer lines and small marks are part of how it is made. They are not faults. Colors can look a little different on your screen.

No returns for a change of mind

We do not take pieces back for a change of mind. If something is wrong with your piece, we put it right. See the returns page.

Reviews

You are free to post an honest review of us and of what you bought, good or bad.

If we disagree

Tell us first. Most things can be fixed with one message. These terms follow the law of Ontario and of Canada. If the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts or your own law, you keep that right.

Changes

We may change these terms. The terms on the day you order are the ones that apply to that order.
