How long until my order ships?
We make and pack each order in 3 to 5 business days. Then we ship it. If we are busy, we say so before you pay. Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship from Canada with Canada Post. We ship across Canada and to the United States. For now, we do not ship to other countries. Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Shipping cost changes with each order. It depends on where you live and what you buy. You see the shipping cost before you pay. Shipping
Will I pay duty or tax on my parcel?
A parcel to an address in Canada has no duty. For the United States, the duty is part of the shipping cost, so you see it before you pay. We charge no sales tax. Shipping
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
We do not take pieces back for a change of mind. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to send a piece back, you keep that right. Returns and Refunds
What if it comes broken or wrong?
We will fix it, replace it, or give your money back. We pay the shipping for this. Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order before it ships, email us. If we have not started making it, you get all your money back. Returns and Refunds
What are the fine lines on my print?
Each piece is printed in layers. Fine layer lines and small marks are part of how it is made. They are not faults. Terms of Sale
Can I order just one?
Yes. We make one piece or a whole run. Custom Orders
I do not have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Send a sketch, a logo, or just the idea. Custom Orders
What should I send for a quote?
Tell us what the piece is and how many you need. Add the size, your colours, and the date you need it by. Custom Orders
